Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
This refund, return and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through PIXIE HUB (Pix Waves Private Limited). All products on our Platform are custom-made to order and personalised.
Important Note for Custom Orders
Because every PIXIE HUB item is customised and made specifically for you (using your photos, text, specifications), we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once the order is placed and production or material procurement has started. Custom orders are non-returnable after the design proof is approved or printing/crafting begins. We are unable to resell or restock personalised products.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been sent to production, materials have been procured, or the design proof has been approved and work has begun.
In such cases, you may still contact support, but a cancellation fee or partial charge may apply to cover costs already incurred.
If the order is cancelled before any work starts, a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees if applicable) will be processed.
Refund Policy
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with clear photos and your order number. The request will be reviewed once our team inspects.
- If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the approved design, notify customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. Our team will take an appropriate decision (replacement, credit or refund where justified).
- In case of any refunds approved by PIXIE HUB, it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, PhonePe/Google Pay etc.).
- Refunds for custom orders are only provided in cases of clear manufacturing defect, transit damage, or our error. Personal preference or "changed mind" after custom work does not qualify.
How to Request Cancellation or Refund
