My orders
How do I place an order?
Browse a product, choose the required specifications, upload your design files, add the product to cart and complete checkout.
Will I get a design proof before printing?
Digital proof or preview is shared only for selected products or when our artwork team needs approval for changes.
Can I place multiple orders for one product?
Yes. For different designs, place separate orders so the quantity and artwork are clear.
Do you provide tax invoices?
Yes. Invoice details are generated after order dispatch. For business orders, share GST details with our support team.
Designing my product
How do I upload my design?
Use the upload files option on the product page or checkout. You can also contact support if files need to be shared later.
What file formats do you support?
Preferred formats are PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, TIFF, EPS, SVG, CDR and JPG.
Why is my image quality warning showing?
The image may be too small for the selected print size. Use a higher-resolution file for better output.
Where do I approve digital proof?
If approval is required, our team will contact you by email or WhatsApp before production.
Delivery and shipment
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, tracking details are shared by email and shown in your order page where available.
How long does production and delivery take?
The estimate depends on the product, artwork approval, pincode and courier availability.
Can I change delivery address?
Address changes are possible only before packing or dispatch. Contact support quickly after placing the order.
Do you have express delivery?
Express delivery availability depends on product and pincode. Enter your pincode during checkout for delivery estimate.
Payments and refunds
What payment methods are available?
PIXIE HUB supports PhonePe (recommended, instant), Google Pay, and Direct UPI (pay via any UPI app then upload success screenshot on our instructions page with QR).
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No. Customised products require prepaid payment before production.
Payment made but order not confirmed?
Share your transaction reference or proof of payment with support. We will verify and confirm the order.
How do refunds work?
If cancellation is approved before production, refund is processed to the original payment method as per policy.
